Fiddler's Cottage in Montgomery is a delightful period cottage, with modern facilities, offering a cosy retreat from the bustle of everyday life.

Montgomery is an historic border market town located between Welshpool and Newtown, and about 20 miles west of Shrewsbury. It is an immaculately kept, historic town, full of character and charm of yesteryear.  The castle ruins form an atmospheric backdrop to the town. It is only a short walk uphill to shops, pubs, cafes, galleries & to the castle. There is excellent local walking (e.g. Offa's Dyke). Local attractions include Glansevern Gardens, Powis Castle, and Welshpool has a leisure centre, a steam railway, and a golf course.

The cottage can accommodate a couple, or a family group of three.  Bookings normally run from Friday to Friday- but we can be flexible!
